• Develop, review and periodically update the criteria and categories for KMA awards.
• Manage the call for nominations, vetting and selection process for award recipients.
• Coordinate divisional and national awards ceremonies in liaison with the Secretariat.
• Ensure transparency, fairness and integrity in the recognition process.
• Promote a culture of excellence and recognition within the medical profession.
• Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, including grants, partnerships,
  sponsorships and donor funding, for projects that align with the Committee's mandate
